a.Raw Material Temperature Control
Raw meat logs shall be maintained at a moderate frozen state with ideal structural firmness.
b.Bone-Free Raw Material Mandate
All feed stock must be completely deboned to avoid irreversible abrasion or breakage of the precision alloy cutting blades.
c.Standardized Feeding & Parameter Setting Procedure
Place cylindrical meat logs into the feeding compartment first, then calibrate the target slicing thickness via the digital control panel for formal production.
d.Regular Blade Maintenance Inspection
Should blade slippage or unstable material clamping occur, blade surface rust is likely the root cause. Conduct timely sharpening and surface maintenance to restore cutting performance.
e.Targeted Model Selection
Select a matched machine variant according to your factory’s daily and hourly production throughput demands to maximize operational efficiency.
f.Secure Industrial Packaging & Logistics
The complete machine unit is encapsulated within export-grade plywood crates to deliver robust protection and eliminate risks during long-distance transit and shipment.
a.Wipe the entire stainless steel machine body with a damp cloth, thoroughly cleaning the surface and crevices to remove any remaining meat scraps and oil, ensuring no areas are unsanitary.
b.Pay special attention to cleaning meat scraps and debris from the blades, conveyor belt, and pusher plate crevices.
c.Check the lubricating oil level on the sliding guide rails; replenish oil if necessary and clean any remaining impurities from the rails.
d.Check the blades for any chipped or nicked edges. Also check if the pusher device’s fixing screws are loose and tighten them if necessary.
Note: Never directly wash the electrical control panel, electrical integration box, motor, or other live parts with water. Only wipe the stainless steel parts of the machine body with a damp cloth to prevent water from entering and causing short circuits or electrical leaks.
