It replicates hand tearing to produce uniform strands without damaging food fibers, preserving product texture. Fully constructed from food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, it is rust-resistant, hygienic, fitted with safety guards and waterproof electric components, and easy to clean. It improves productivity, cuts labor and energy costs. Compact design enables integration into automated lines for cost-effective production. Widely adaptable for food factories, pet food plants, central kitchens and restaurants to process various fibrous raw materials.
This vertical automatic meat shredding machine uses differential-speed twin spiked rollers. Two stainless steel rollers rotate at different speeds to grip, stretch and separate food fibers, simulating manual hand tearing without ruining material texture. VFD and adjustable roller gaps let operators tailor shred thickness and length. It adopts bottom discharge for steady output. Single-pass forming delivers uniform, non-sticky shreds with no manual sorting required. The bottom outlet easily connects to automated lines for continuous mass production, ideal for meat floss, snack strips, prepared food and pet food ingredients.

Daily Maintenance (after every use)
Periodic Maintenance Weekly: Inspect cables and grounding; lubricate bearings with food-grade grease; adjust belt tension. Monthly: Fully disassemble and clean twin rollers to remove trapped residue; monitor motor temperature/current; check VFD settings; inspect for rust. Quarterly: Comprehensive inspection of motor, wiring and control panel; re-level machine to reduce vibration.
Troubleshooting & Safety Cut power completely before inspection when jams, abnormal noise or tripping occurs. Never open housing while running. Replace worn, bent or missing roller spikes promptly. Electrical and VFD repairs require qualified technicians.
Long-term Storage Clean and dry thoroughly. Apply food-grade anti-rust oil to spikes and metal parts. Store in dry ventilated area with dust cover. Re-clean and run no-load test before reuse.
Important Reminders Maintenance and repairs must be carried out by trained staff. Do not use strong acid/alkaline cleaners. Stock spare parts including roller spikes, belts and seals to minimize downtime.
