VER Meat flattener is made to be flattened the products pass through the top and bottom belt. This flattening method puts less pressure on the meat by massaging it over a shorter period of time than other flattening equipment. This results in high quality bite, texture and taste. Usually It can be used for beef, veal, pork and poultry. Manufactured in stainless steel and can be integrate with crumbing line and automated battering. The thickness is also adjustable from 3-30mm.
