The product is carried on food-grade trays to the weighing station for the weight sorting machine, where high-precision load cells measure the weight of each individual item. The weight data is sent in real-time to the PLC control system, which compares it against preset weight ranges configured via the touchscreen. When an item’s weight falls within a specific range, the system activates a waterproof solenoid valve to tip the tray and automatically discharge the product through the designated outlet. The machine operates continuously, accurately sorting products into different grades while recording the quantity and weight of each category for quality control and inventory management.

The weight sorting machine adopts laser encapsulation with IP69 waterproof rating. The whole frame is made of SUS304 or SUS316 stainless steel, and the rejection adopts waterproof solenoid valve. It can withstand high-pressure washing, suitable for humid seafood, meat processing workshops.
