This rib cutting machine replaces labor-intensive manual bone chopping to cut workload and labor costs. Built with a 304 stainless steel body and hardened SUS420 blades, it comes with practical features including motor cooling vents, quick-detachable blade assembly, adjustable cutting gap, wide inlet & outlet, and low-noise nylon gears. Engineered for easy cleaning, smooth feeding and stable long-run operation, it handles ribs, fresh bone-in meat and frozen meat. With a capacity of 800–1,000 kg/h, it delivers consistent, even cuts for high-volume production. It is widely adopted by meat processing plants, central kitchens, prepared food facilities, distribution centers and butcher shops to standardize meat preparation and improve line efficiency.
The rib cutting machine is built for batch cutting bone-in meat, mainly pork ribs, lamb ribs, beef short ribs and bone-in blocks for ready-to-cook meals. It serves slaughterhouses, meat factories, central kitchens, prepared dish manufacturers, frozen food packagers and wholesale butcher workshops. It cuts rib racks into uniform segments in one pass for barbecue, hot pot, stewing and retail packaged ribs.
The standard cutting size is 30 mm, with an adjustable range of 0–40 mm. Custom spacing is available upon request to match different products and cutting requirements.
The blade assembly is quick-release for single-person disassembly, simplifying cleaning and maintenance. The smooth 304 stainless steel surface rinses easily to remove blood and grease, supporting hygienic production.
We supply three rib cutting machine models: RCM-300, RCM-400 and RCM-500. Select based on your production capacity and raw materials.
RCM-300: 300–500 kg/h, ideal for butcher shops, retail outlets and small central kitchens.
RCM-400: 500–800 kg/h, suitable for medium braised food workshops and fresh food processors.
RCM-500: 800–1,000 kg/h, which is recommended for hard bones and large output.
Designed for food factories and meat packing plants for continuous high-volume processing of large bone-in products. All models support 220 V, 380 V, 415 V and 440 V; custom voltage is available.
After unpacking, inspect the rib cutting machine, blade assembly and accessories for transit damage. Ask a qualified electrician to complete power connection and verify correct motor rotation. Place the machine with sufficient space for operation and maintenance, level the unit and lock the casters. Before first use, remove, clean and fully dry the blade assembly and reinstall correctly. Run it idle for several minutes and check for abnormal noise or jamming before production.
Cut off power after use, take out and clean the blade assembly, then dry the rib cutting machine thoroughly. Do not spray or flush the motor area directly with water. Check nylon gears and bearings regularly, and apply food-grade lubricant when needed. Sharpen or replace blunt blades in time; never force feed materials. If abnormal noise, jamming or tripping occurs, power off and disconnect the machine immediately. Do not disassemble it by yourself; contact a professional technician.
The rib cutting machine comes with a warranty. Covered failures are those of eligible components, excluding damage caused by misuse or improper operation. We provide remote guidance for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and blade maintenance, plus spare parts delivery service. Wear parts including blades and gears are not covered under free warranty and can be purchased separately. Damage from improper operation, wrong wiring, unauthorized modification or water ingress is excluded.
