VERFOODSOLUTIONS Cooked chicken breast shredding machine adopts spiral shredding technology, with hardened shredding rollers and linear teeth, it uses VFD speed regulation. Custom moulds produce shreds of 3–10 mm. Driven by a 3KW 380V pure copper motor with horizontal discharge, it reaches 200–300 kg/h one-step forming. Simulating hand tearing, chicken breast shredding machine creates uniform, non-sticky strands without damaging food fibers; no manual sorting needed. Low noise & energy saving. A feed safety guard ensures safety. Floor-mounted and user-friendly for new operators.
Chicken breast shredding machine handles cooked chicken breast, duck breasts for meat floss, dried meat and seasoned meat products. Suitable for food factories, pet food plants, central kitchens and catering businesses, and can connect to automated lines. Corrosion-resistant, easy to take apart and clean.

Pre-operation inspection
Check tightness of fasteners, cutter wheels and shredding teeth. Confirm safety guard and waterproof electrical connections are intact.
Test run
Carry out no-load test to check noise, vibration and VFD speed control. Only start material trial after normal no-load test.
Line integration
Reserve clearance for disassembly & cleaning. Align discharge height with downstream lines to avoid jams.
Safety rules
No unauthorized personnel near feed inlet during operation. Do NOT open safety guards while running. Operators must receive training.
