The customer’s cleaning process involves multiple stages: initially, a pre-wash with room temperature water removes large particles such as vegetable scraps, meat residues, dirt, and packaging materials, preventing clogging of nozzles and contamination of the subsequent wash stages. Next, detergent is added to the electrically heated water tank to loosen stubborn dirt and contaminants, followed by a thorough rinse with room temperature water to eliminate any remaining debris and detergent residues. The process concludes with a drying phase, ensuring the trays are perfectly clean and ready for reuse. 1-User-Friendly Control Panel

Our tray washing machine is equipped with a user-friendly control panel featuring a customized Russian operating system. The control panel allows easy control of the machine’s conveyor belt speed, temperature settings, temperature deviation control, counter delay, counter reset, and operation of pumps 1, 2, and 3, the fan, water supply valves 1, 2, and 3, and the heater. It also provides a clear view of whether the water pumps, proportional pump, heater, and water supply valves are on, and allows for direct monitoring of the water flow in water tank 2. Furthermore, the control panel allows control of the conveyor belt, water supply valves 1, 2, and 3, as well as whether pumps 1, 2, and 3, the heater, the fan, and the proportional pump are in one-button start mode. After setting up the machine, it can also be turned off with a single button press on the control panel.

2-Customized External Switches

3-Adjustable Conveyor Belt Speed

Our tray washing machine offers the flexibility to adjust the conveyor belt speed within a range of 5 to 15 meters per minute. This feature allows operators to tailor the cleaning process based on the level of dirtiness and operational needs. For heavily soiled trays, slowing down the conveyor belt provides more time for thorough cleaning. Conversely, if the trays are relatively clean and there is a high volume to process, increasing the speed helps maximize efficiency without compromising quality.

8-Snail Blower

The high-powered snail blower functions as the initial stage of the drying process within the drying zone. Its primary role is to efficiently blow off large water droplets from the surface of the trays, significantly reducing moisture and facilitating more effective drying in subsequent stages. 9-Adjustable Air-Drying Nozzles

This valve automatically activates to refill water when the level drops below the set threshold, and it stops refilling once the water reaches the maximum level. -Overflow Outlet

Our tray washing machine is equipped with an overflow outlet positioned at the highest water level in the tank. After completing a wash cycle, simply open the drain outlet to quickly and completely drain the water from the tank. Following drainage, you can rinse the interior of the tank with running water to ensure thorough cleaning and maintenance.

16-Height-Adjustable Feet and Casters
