To meet the customer’s personalized aesthetic preferences, we customized a matte brushed stainless steel finish. Compared to standard stainless steel surfaces, this matte finish effectively hides fingerprints and smudges, while also enhancing the overall texture and visual appeal of the equipment. This design not only satisfies production needs but also adds a clean, professional look to the workshop environment. It strikes a perfect balance between practicality and personalized aesthetics, ensuring the equipment is both functional and visually appealing.

10. Heat Transfer Oil Inlet  

The main heat transfer oil inlet of the pressure cooking kettle is positioned at the rear of the unit. This design does not interfere with front operation and helps prevent bumps or obstructions during use and discharge, resulting in a cleaner and more aesthetically pleasing appearance. The inlet diameter is appropriately sized to allow smooth and spill-free addition or replacement of heat transfer oil, facilitating regular maintenance. The rear-mounted configuration also effectively prevents debris and water from entering the inlet, keeping the heat transfer oil clean within the jacket. This design ensures the long-term stability of the heating system and makes future maintenance and repairs more convenient.

11. Pre-shipment Testing  

After manufacturing, our engineers will thoroughly debug the pressure cooking kettle according to the customer’s specific requirements. We will then send detailed test videos and pictures of the machine for customer inspection. Only once the customer approves will we proceed to the next steps.  

Following the trial run, we will carefully clean the entire machine. Given the extended sea freight time, thorough cleaning of all test materials is essential to prevent mold growth or contamination during transportation, ensuring the machine arrives in optimal condition.  


12. Packaging  

After cleaning, the pressure cooking kettle will be securely packaged. First, we will wrap the machine with heavy-duty stretch film to protect against scratches. Then, the equipment will be placed in a sturdy wooden crate and securely fastened to prevent displacement during transit. This comprehensive packaging approach ensures that the machine reaches the customer intact and in perfect condition.
