Hands-free tray aligning machine offering precise placement, hygienic stainless design, quiet operation and easy line integration.
The VERFOODSOLUTIONS retractable conveyor incorporates a servo-driven shuttle transfer system, this retractable conveyor streamlines loading and unloading operations by reducing the need for manual intervention and the associated laborious efforts. This efficiency is achieved through effortless extension and retraction mechanisms, user-friendly operator controls, ergonomic design, and seamless integration with existing conveyor systems. Consequently, tasks that traditionally required multiple operators, extensive walking distances, and inefficient picking and packing processes can now be swiftly and safely executed by a reduced workforce, thereby accelerating turnaround times and augmenting fulfillment rates. Designed with ergonomics in mind, our telescopic boom conveyor mitigates the risk of repetitive stress injuries, strains, and other physical exertion-related ailments by positioning loading and unloading points at ergonomically favorable locations for operators. This proactive approach not only minimizes operational costs but also reduces downtime, ultimately contributing to enhanced operational efficiency and workforce well-being.

Once the product reaches the end of the retractable conveyor, a sensor initiates the tail to retract 36 inches (91.44 cm) within just 0.6 seconds, enabling the product to smoothly land on the retracting tail. The tail then extends back in 0.6 seconds, ready to receive the next product. This cycle repeats every 3 seconds, facilitating efficient stacking of the product.
We offer the flexibility to customize the belt width according to your specific needs. The retractable conveyor belts come in a range of widths, including 200 mm, 300 mm, 400 mm, and 600 mm, 800mm even 1000mm providing versatility to accommodate various types and sizes of products. Additionally, these conveyors feature strokes of up to 1200 mm, ensuring ample extension for smooth handling and transfer of goods. This customization capability allows you to tailor the conveyor system precisely to your operational requirements, optimizing efficiency and productivity across your workflow.
Cleaning Tools:
Brush,Rag, Cleaning liquid (acidic, pH 5-7, or alkaline, pH 8-10.)
Cleaning Procedure:
Begin by covering the switch to prevent water ingress.
Prepare the cleaning solution according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Scrub the equipment surfaces thoroughly with the cleaning liquid and hot water (≤45°C).
Utilize a brush to clean the mesh belt, ensuring to remove any accumulated debris or residue.
Wipe down all surfaces with a rag to remove excess moisture and cleaning solution.
Allow the conveyor to air dry completely before resuming operations.
By following these cleaning steps diligently, you can maintain the retractable conveyor in optimal condition, ensuring efficient and hygienic performance.
