In this blog, we will explore the functions, benefits, and latest developments of immersion tank washing machine and air bubble fruit and vegetable washing machine washing production lines, shedding light on how these cutting-edge solutions are transforming fresh produce processing worldwide.
Recently, we proudly shipped a comprehensive washing production line to Indonesia, tailored specifically for cleaning taro. This system includes a 3-meter immersion tank machine and a 5-meter air bubble fruit and vegetable washing machine. The client’s primary concern was avoiding damage to the taro’s skin, which can occur with traditional bristle brush methods. In response, we recommended this gentler, more effective cleaning solution. The process begins with soaking the taro in the immersion tank, which softens the surface and loosens dirt. Next, the taro moves into the air bubble fruit and vegetable washing machine, where a combination of washing and rinsing thoroughly removes dirt while preserving the delicate skin. Let’s take a closer look at this innovative production line and see how it ensures both cleanliness and product integrity.
Immersion Tank Machine
Customizable Machine Dimensions
The dimensions of our immersion tank machines can be tailored to meet each client’s specific production requirements and the level of soil or debris on the products. For higher production volumes, larger tanks are essential to accommodate increased throughput, while products with heavier mud or dirt necessitate a more spacious immersion tank to ensure thorough cleaning. For example, one of our Indonesian clients chose a 3-meter immersion tank machine, perfectly paired with a 5-meter air bubble fruit and vegetable washing machine, to effectively handle their processing needs. This flexibility in design allows us to provide optimal solutions for diverse production scales and cleaning challenges.

Optional Bubble Function for the Immersion Tank
The immersion tank can be customized with an optional bubble function to enhance cleaning efficiency. When equipped with this feature, the bubbles create a tumbling action about the product inside the tank, ensuring more uniform soaking and loosening of dirt from all surfaces of the produce. Our Indonesian client chose the model with the bubble function, benefiting from improved cleaning performance and more consistent results. This versatile option allows users to tailor the machine to their specific cleaning needs and produce types.

Optional Spray System for the Rinsing Zone
The immersion tank machine can be equipped with an optional spray system for the rinsing zone, enhancing the cleaning process. This feature effectively washes away dislodged soil, muddy water, and loosened sludge, ensuring a thorough rinse. Additionally, the spray helps hydrate the produce, making it easier to remove stubborn dirt. Our Indonesian client chose the immersion tank model with this rinsing zone spray system, leveraging its benefits for cleaner, fresher results and improved wash efficiency.

Customizable Conveyor Height
The discharge end of the immersion tank machine features a customizable conveyor height, designed to seamlessly connect with various downstream cleaning equipment—such as bubble washers, high-pressure spray washers, or brush washers. This flexibility ensures smooth transfer and integration within the production line, with the conveyor height tailored to meet the specific operational requirements and optimize overall efficiency.

Air Bubble Fruit and Vegetable Washing Machine
Customizable Machine Dimensions
Our air bubble fruit and vegetable washing machines can be tailored to a variety of sizes to accommodate different production capacities and factory layouts. No matter the scale of operation, these machines are designed to meet specific customer needs. For example, we customized a 5-meter-long air bubble washing machine for a client in Indonesia with a processing capacity of 1,000 kg per hour. This customization ensured optimal efficiency and performance, perfectly aligning with their production requirements.

Optional Conveyor Belts
Our air bubble fruit and vegetable washing machines offer three conveyor belt options to accommodate different produce types and cleaning requirements: plastic chain conveyors, ideal for delicate items such as grapes and tomatoes; stainless steel chain conveyors, suitable for leafy greens and fruits like spinach, dates, and oranges; and stainless steel mesh conveyors, designed specifically for larger produce such as pumpkins and melons. For an Indonesian client needing to wash taro, we recommended and supplied the stainless steel mesh conveyor belt to ensure thorough cleaning without damaging the product.

Customizable Control Panel
This air bubble fruit and vegetable washing machine can be equipped with a user-friendly English control panel, enabling operators to easily adjust the speeds of the conveyor belt, air pump, and water pump. (Please note: a separate variable frequency drive is required if simultaneous speed control of both the air pump and water pump is desired.) The control panel is equipped with indicator lights that clearly display the operational status of the water pump, air pump, and conveyor belt, providing real-time visual feedback. It also features an emergency stop button, allowing for immediate shutdown of the machine in case of danger or accidental entry of foreign objects, thereby ensuring operator safety. For our Indonesian client, we selected an English control panel to facilitate reliable, straightforward, and safe operation.

Optional Nozzles
Our air bubble fruit and vegetable washing machines offer a choice between two high-pressure nozzle types: plastic and stainless steel. Plastic nozzles feature adjustable spray angles, providing greater flexibility to customize the washing process according to specific needs. Stainless steel nozzles, although fixed in angle, are known for their exceptional durability and corrosion resistance, making them ideal for demanding environments. Customers can choose the nozzle type that best suits their operational requirements. For example, we selected adjustable plastic nozzles for a client in Indonesia to ensure a flexible and efficient washing process tailored to their specific production needs.

Water Circulation System
Our air bubble fruit and vegetable washing machine is equipped with a high-efficiency water circulation system in the washing zone. This system recycles water through a dedicated pump and filtration unit, maximizing water utilization and minimizing waste. Clean, filtered water is sprayed at high pressure to thoroughly wash the produce, while wastewater is continuously filtered before being discharged. This environmentally friendly design not only reduces water consumption but also ensures consistent and effective cleaning performance.

Rinsing Section Spray System
The rinsing section of the air bubble fruit and vegetable washing machine features a spray system that requires an external water connection for optimal operation. During rinsing, water is recirculated from the rinsing zone back into the main water circulation system, ensuring efficient water usage. This integrated design not only helps conserve water but also enhances overall cleaning efficiency, providing thorough rinsing while minimizing waste.

Maximum Water Level Line
This air bubble fruit and vegetable washing machine is equipped with a maximum water level line. If the water level rises above this mark, excess water is automatically drained to maintain optimal operating conditions and prevent overflow.
