The unit features low energy consumption, high throughput, a simple structure, easy maintenance, and automatic discharge, making it highly suitable for assembly line operations.

From the feed end, material spreads evenly across the screen, preventing build‑up. The machine can also perform screening, grading, and distribution functions. Under the excitation of an eccentric vibrator, material moves quickly forward, enabling rapid separation and classification.
