We recently completed production and delivered our high-end 4-meter tray washing machine to our valued German customer. Facing stringent European standards for hygiene, stability, and automation in tray washing, the customer chose our industrial tray washing machine to upgrade their cleaning process and improve production hygiene. The tray washing machine meets German three-phase 380V 50HZ power requirements and European safety regulations, is constructed entirely of 304 stainless steel, and features a customizable cleaning system. Overall dimensions, 400×140×170cm. Due to limited space, the customer opted for a two-stage washing system to clean 60*40*5 cm pallets. The tray washing machine has a production capacity of 120-150 pallets per hour. The tray washing machine comes with an all-English control panel, perfectly suited to the local workshop environment. 1.Customizable Zoned Washing

Due to space limitations, the Germany customer opted for a two-stage cleaning system.The system features two-stage, zoned cleaning, with high-pressure cleaning on the left, right, and top sides. One stage includes heating, while the other uses ambient temperature water high-pressure spray cleaning. It has a power output of 12kW and provides high-pressure spray cleaning from all four sides (top, bottom, left, and right).We can customize zoned washing to your needs.

2. Multi-Size Adjustable Tray Fixing Structure

Both the inlet and outlet are equipped with fully adjustable clamping guardrails to adapt to trays of different specifications. The upper nuts adjust the height of clamping rods, while the lower nuts control the clamping width. The top tray-pressing rod is usually adjusted to leave a 1-centimeter gap with the tray surface to avoid extrusion while ensuring stable conveying. The symmetrical adjustment design on both sides greatly improves the tray washing machine’s compatibility, allowing it to accommodate various custom tray sizes for diversified cleaning demands.

3. Simple Power Connection & Clear Panel Control

The tray washing machine features simple and safe power connection with a standard three-live-wire and one-neutral-wire design. A green indicator light indicates normal power access, while a red light only requires swapping any two live wires for phase correction. The intuitive control panel displays real-time water temperature on the left and conveyor operating frequency on the right, with integrated functional buttons for heating, water pumps, conveyor control, speed regulation, and emergency stop, covering all daily operational needs. Users can also freely set and confirm target cleaning temperatures through simple panel operations.

4. Standardized & Flexible Operation Process

The tray washing machine boasts simplified and standardized operating procedures for daily use. Operators can start the tray washing machine by releasing the emergency stop switch, turning on the conveyor system, and activating Pump 1 and Pump 2 in sequence, followed by the heating switch with a default initial water temperature of 29°C. Tray cleaning testing is also convenient: users can adjust conveyor running frequency via the panel knob to control speed, inspect the normal operation of pumps and heating system through indicator lights, and complete test cleaning by placing trays at the feeding port, ensuring intuitive and efficient daily operation and equipment inspection.

5. Freely Adjustable Conveyor Speed

The tray washing machine supports flexible conveyor speed adjustment within 0 to 15 meters per minute, realizing intelligent matching of cleaning efficiency and quality. For heavily soiled trays, reducing the conveyor speed extends flushing time for deeper cleaning. For lightly soiled trays with large processing volume, increasing the speed effectively improves production efficiency without compromising cleaning results, adapting to variable daily production demands.

6. Smart Automatic Water Injection System

Featuring a simple and intelligent water injection structure, the tray washing machine enables effortless pipeline installation. Users only need to connect the water pipe to the two fixed valves and install a control switch to complete setup. Built with a high-sensitivity float ball sensor inside the water tank, the system realizes fully automatic water level control. The float rises with the water level and automatically cuts off the water supply once the tank is full, effectively preventing overflow, saving water resources, and maintaining a safe internal circulation environment.

7.All-Round Cleaning Design

Each cleaning area is equipped with 52 directional adjustable nozzles, totaling 104 nozzles across two sections. This allows for thorough cleaning of tray edges and crevices without leaving any blind spots. Combined with a water pump, it provides a stable and powerful high-pressure water flow to thoroughly remove stubborn dirt, ensuring the tray is sparkling clean and reusable after cleaning.

8. Efficient Heating & Fast Drainage System

The built-in customized electric heating elements rapidly and evenly heat tank water, providing stable temperature conditions for efficient decontamination and high-standard disinfection, meeting strict hygiene requirements of food and medical industries. Meanwhile, the embedded professional drainage port supports fast and thorough sewage discharge after each cleaning cycle. Users can flush the inner tank with clean water after drainage to remove residual impurities, greatly simplifying daily internal cleaning and maintenance work.

9.Full 304 StainlessSteel

The entire tray washing machine body is constructed with high-quality 304 stainless steel, a premium industrial material renowned for excellent rust resistance, corrosion resistance and easy cleaning properties. This sturdy build allows the tray washing machine to operate stably in long-term humid, high-water and high-hygiene workshop environments, effectively avoiding deformation, rust and dirt accumulation, and greatly extending the overall service life of the equipment.

10. Scientific Daily Cleaning & Regular Maintenance

Users can flush internal impurities into the filter screen with a water pipe, clean the double-sided filter screens thoroughly, drain all sewage, and wipe the tray washing machine exterior to keep the equipment hygienic. For long-term stable operation, regular professional maintenance is required: replace reducer oil once a year and inject lithium-based grease into the four core bearings monthly to reduce mechanical wear and extend equipment service life.
