
We recently shipped three machines to Australia: a double-headed fruit and vegetable peeling machine, a melon pumpkin splitting machine, and an industrial vegetable cutting machine. These three machines form a cantaloupe processing production line. They are used for peeling the cantaloupes, splitting them into segments, and dicing the segments. The Australian customer’s raw cantaloupes were 15-20 cm in height and diameter, and they required 25mm cantaloupe cubes. Therefore, we designed a production line based on their needs and customized a 25mm blade for the industrial vegetable cutting machine. The entire process allows for continuous production, increasing output and saving on labor costs. Let’s see how these three machines are used in production!

I. Fruit and Vegetable Peeling Machine
Our advanced fruit and vegetable peeling machine is widely used for peeling melons, pumpkins, watermelons, pineapples, and other fruits and vegetables. This machine offers excellent peeling results, producing a smooth surface with a peeling rate exceeding 95%, and the peeling thickness is adjustable and uniform. The dual-head design allows for simultaneous peeling operations, saving time and labor, and is widely used in factories, schools, canteens, and other similar locations.

1. Single and Double Head, High and Low Models
The fruit and vegetable peeling machine comes in two different models: single-head and double-head. The single-head machine can process 120 fruits and vegetables per hour, while the double-head machine has a capacity of 240 per hour. Customers can choose the appropriate model based on their production needs. In addition to single-head or double-head models, our machines are also available in tall and short versions. The tall fruit and vegetable peeling machine can process fruits and vegetables up to 70 cm in height, making it ideal for processing larger fruits and vegetables. The short fruit and vegetable peeling machine is designed for cantaloupes less than 35 cm in height. All fruits and vegetables processed by our peeling machines must not exceed 28 cm in diameter. For example, our Australian customers mainly process cantaloupes with a diameter of 20 cm, processing 200 cantaloupes per hour, so they chose our double-head short fruit and vegetable peeling machine, which perfectly met their requirements.

2. User-Friendly Control Panel
Our fruit and vegetable peeling machine features an intuitive and easy-to-use control panel, allowing operators to clearly view the machine’s operating status in real time. The panel includes basic functions such as power switch, start, reverse, emergency stop, and depth adjustment, ensuring simple and intelligent operation. II. Melon Pumpkin Splitting Machine
The melon pumpkin splitting machine features independent operation of its pneumatic piping area and roller conveyor working area, ensuring that fault diagnosis and maintenance do not interfere with each other. It can be flexibly connected to washing and dicing machines, and can also be seamlessly integrated with peeling machines to form a highly efficient integrated melon processing production line. This equipment can process agricultural products with a diameter and length of up to 50 cm and is widely used in clean vegetable processing plants, central kitchens, and fruit and vegetable quick-freezing processing, especially suitable for cutting melons such as onions, pumpkins, winter melons, cantaloupes, and honeydew melons.

1. Drum-type Processing Chamber
The melon pumpkin splitting machine is equipped with a quick-opening maintenance door for easy disassembly of internal components and cleaning of residue. One side of the machine features a drum-type processing chamber, made of one piece of stainless steel. Inside the drum is a rotating stirring structure that works in conjunction with pneumatic piping, primarily used for fruit and vegetable segmentation. The smooth inner wall of the machine prevents scratches and damage to the food, ensuring the finished product retains its integrity.

2. Left-side Enclosed Electrical Control Box
A closed stainless steel electrical control box is located on the left side of the melon pumpkin splitting machine. It houses the complete set of control components. The box is dustproof and waterproof, isolating it from moisture and fruit/vegetable debris, effectively protecting the internal electrical components and reducing the probability of failure. The door uses a snap-lock sealing design, allowing maintenance personnel to quickly open and adjust the circuitry and control program. The electronic control system can be linked with pneumatic components, allowing for free setting of operating time, speed, and start/stop rhythm to achieve automated cyclic operation, suitable for use in production lines.

3. Customizable Cutting Configurations
This melon pumpkin splitting machine features a modular cutting blade module inside its cylinder, allowing for quick switching between different configurations. It can evenly slice winter melon, cantaloupe, pumpkin, and other melons into 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 segments in one pass. The modular blade assembly facilitates quick replacement. Its overall dimensions and feeding mold can be customized to meet specific operational needs.

III. Industrial Vegetable Cutting Machine
This commercial multi-functional industrial vegetable cutting machine is made entirely of 304 stainless steel and equipped with a variable frequency numerical control system. Relying on the automatic feeding of conveyor belt, it can complete the processing of fruits and vegetables. It is widely used in central kitchens, food processing plants, and catering enterprises, and can stably achieve standardized and continuous food cutting operations.

2.Food-Grade Conveyor Belt
The feeding conveyor frame of this industrial vegetable cutting machine is made of 304 stainless steel, meeting food production hygiene standards. It is rust-proof, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean. It features a green food-grade PVC anti-slip conveyor belt with a diamond-patterned anti-slip surface, preventing slippage when conveying smooth fruits and vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, and onions, maintaining a uniform feeding speed, and ensuring uniform cut dimensions. Stainless steel side baffles effectively prevent material deviation and drop. The 16.5cm wide conveyor belt can accommodate the conveying and dicing of vegetables and fruits of varying widths. The conveyor belt is driven by a variable frequency motor, and its speed can be adjusted via the control panel to accommodate vegetables or fruits of varying lengths, thereby improving processing efficiency and consistency.

3. User-Friendly Control Panel
Our industrial vegetable cutting machine features a waterproof stainless steel control panel, suitable for the humid and clean environments of food processing workshops. Its biggest feature is the dual independent frequency converter speed control design, allowing operators to fine-tune the size of the diced product simply by adjusting the speed ratio without changing the blades. Two black knobs adjust the conveyor belt speed and blade speed respectively. The most prominent red button on the control panel is the emergency stop knob, which cuts off the machine instantly in case of jams or malfunctions, ensuring operator safety – a mandatory safety feature for food equipment. 4.Casters with Support Legs
