2.Easy Centralized Control Operation

The commercial continuous fryer is equipped with a control panel, allowing only one operator to monitor the entire frying production line. Turning on the heating and PTFE belt buttons starts the shaping belt operation. The shaping belt speed control button adjusts the corresponding frequency; turning right accelerates, turning left decelerates. Turning on the mesh belt switch starts the mesh belt operation. The mesh belt speed control switch accelerates to the right and decelerates to the left. Turning on the slag scraper switch starts slag scraping, and simultaneously, the bottom spiral starts operating. Turning on the circulating oil pump switch starts the circulating oil pump operation. The operator only needs to set the preset frying parameters on the central control panel before startup, and the material will be automatically managed throughout the frying process.

Equipped with digital constant-temperature control system with ±1℃ accuracy and timing auto-temperature adjustment function, the commercial continuous fryer fundamentally resolves excessive oil acidification caused by overheating or unstable oil temperature of old-fashioned fryers. Independent frequency-conversion specialized motor controls mesh belt running speed, enabling adjustable frying duration ranging from 35 seconds to 45 seconds freely to fit different food’s frying craft requirements. 4. PTFE Belt Shaping Effectively

The discharge end shaping conveyor belt is made of PTFE material, making it more durable, heat-resistant. It can quickly set the shape and effectively prevent the outer layer of bran powder from falling off. The double restraint and pressing structure of the PTFE conveyor belt and stainless steel conveyor belt prevents floating food ingredients from overflowing during high-temperature frying, effectively shaping them. 7.Three-Layer Vacuum Oil Filter Tank

The vacuum oil filter tank of the commercial continuous fryer has been upgraded to a three-layer split structure. The whole commercial continuous fryer is easy and quick to disassemble and assemble. 10. Vertical Lifting System
