VERFOODSOLUTIONS industrial juice extractor is mainly suitable for juicing whole fruits or fruits with a lot of fiber, such as lemons, pineapples, apples, grapes, oranges, and even root vegetables like ginger and radishes.
Industrial juice extractor combines crushing and spiral juicing functions, with a spiral main component that gradually increases in diameter towards the slag outlet, and a decreasing pitch to facilitate efficient material pushing. As the spiral rotates, it compresses the material within its decreasing cavity volume, squeezing out juice while automatically removing residues into the slag trough. This design ensures minimal pulp retention and high yield, making the machine ideal for commercial and industrial juicing operations. Its versatile structure and reliable working principle enable efficient, continuous juice extraction from a wide range of produce.

Check the gap adjustment of the pressure regulating head. If it is too small, residue may be squeezed with the juice, reducing quality. Slightly increase the gap to prevent over-squeezing. Ensure the spiral is functioning properly and not clogged. Adjust the gap according to process requirements to balance yield and quality.
Inspect the pressure regulating head and the gap setting. If the gap is too small, waste may not be discharged effectively. Loosen the pressure regulating head to increase the gap, reducing resistance and allowing waste to flow out freely. Check for any blockages or buildup in the slag outlet and clear them if necessary.
Turn off the machine and inspect the spiral and main shaft for obstructions or damage. Check the support bearings and the belt drive system for wear or misalignment. Ensure the spiral is properly aligned and not jammed. Lubricate moving parts if needed and replace any damaged components before restarting.
Check the gap setting; if it is too large, it may be causing insufficient pressure. Slightly decrease the gap to increase pressure and improve extraction. Verify that the spiral is working correctly and not worn out. Ensure the filter screen is clean and not clogged. Adjust the process parameters to optimize yield and juice quality.
