The VERFOODSOLUTIONS garlic clove separating machine is an essential primary equipment for commercial garlic processing lines, widely used in garlic processing and agricultural industries. Designed to replace manual labor, it efficiently splits whole garlic bulbs into individual cloves, with models processing from 300kg/h to 2000kg/h to suit different production scales.
Featuring premium soft rubber wheels that simulate hand-rubbing movements, the machine achieves a separation rate of up to 98% without damaging the garlic flesh, preserving quality and extending shelf life. Adjustable roller spacing allows it to handle cloves of various sizes, ensuring strong compatibility. A built-in high-power blower automatically removes garlic skins and stems, eliminating secondary manual sorting. The upper-mounted control switch ensures simple, user-friendly operation.

The machine replaces manual labor and greatly improves the speed of large-scale garlic splitting.
The built-in fan system removes garlic skins, dirt and other impurities during operation, eliminating extra sorting procedures.
Highly elastic rubber rollers work with gentle friction, causing no mechanical damage to cloves. The garlic is well preserved for subsequent slicing, pickling, powder grinding and other processes.
This garlic splitting machine comes with a simple control panel. It can be started in just three steps: power on, adjust roller gap and feed garlic. The whole machine adopts ergonomic design, and the feeding hopper is set at a comfortable operating height.
The gap between rollers is freely adjustable to fit garlic of small, medium and large sizes. It delivers reliable splitting performance without jams or incomplete separation.
The machine applies a three-stage working process: pre-rubbing, main splitting and fine separation to separate cloves thoroughly. For fully ripened garlic, the unsplit rate is kept below 5%.
Equipped with a high-efficiency geared motor, it features strong power and low energy consumption. The wear-resistant chain drive runs smoothly with low noise. The highly elastic rubber rollers are anti-aging and tear-resistant, effectively cutting down maintenance costs.
It serves as a key pre-processing unit for large production lines, supporting the production of garlic powder, minced garlic, garlic slices, pickled garlic and other products.
It supplies clean and intact garlic cloves for producing soy sauce, vinegar and compound seasonings.
It processes garlic in bulk from local farmers. The sorted garlic cloves are graded for resale, helping raise the added value of farm produce.
It handles mass garlic pre-processing for catering chains and group catering services.
It provides ready-to-use clean garlic cloves for supermarkets and community group-buying platforms to meet market demands.
Daily and regular maintenance is essential to extend the service life and ensure stable operation of the garlic clove separator. It is necessary to clean the machine regularly during and after production to remove residual garlic skins, clove residues and dirt inside the equipment. Most importantly, always cut off the power supply completely before any cleaning and maintenance work to avoid electrical faults and safety accidents. In addition, keep the entire control panel dry at all times; never rinse or soak it with water directly. Avoid liquid splashing on electrical components and circuit parts, which can effectively prevent short circuits, equipment damage and potential safety risks, ensuring the machine runs safely and stably for a long time.
(1) The ground must be level, and a grounding wire must be used. Before use, run the machine for 3-5 minutes to check for abnormal noises during normal operation.
(2) For automatic feeding, garlic can be evenly fed into the inlet via a conveyor belt. For manual feeding, garlic can be directly placed into the inlet for even distribution. Collect the broken garlic skins separately, and the cloves will fall out from the outlet.
(3) Adjust the four corner adjustment hand wheels according to the size of the garlic cloves. If the garlic cloves are large or have a high breakage rate, turn the adjustment hand wheels clockwise slightly to raise the pressure cap. If the garlic cloves are small or have some connected cloves, turn the adjustment hand wheels counterclockwise slightly to lower the pressure cap. Simultaneously, adjust the tension of the upper cover spring hand wheel appropriately. If the size difference between the garlic cloves is small, the tension of the spring can be ignored.
Note:
(a) For garlic cloves larger than 5 cm, adjust the gap between the two hand wheel discs to 2.7-2.9 cm, and adjust the middle pressure spring until the lead screw protrudes 2.5 cm from the top of the hand wheel.
(b) For garlic cloves smaller than 5 cm, adjust the gap between the two hand wheel discs to approximately 2.5 cm, and adjust the middle pressure spring until the lead screw protrudes 2.5 cm from the top of the hand wheel.
(c) For garlic cloves approximately 6 cm, adjust the gap between the two hand wheel discs to approximately 3 cm, and loosen the middle pressure spring slightly.
