The industrial meatball beater machine boasts a sleek, easy-clean design. It’s ideal for beating, tenderizing, and mixing meatballs, fish balls, shrimp paste, and sausage fillings—as well as batters, purees, and more. A must-have for meat plants and food factories. With variable speed control, it adapts to any ingredient. It gently kneads meat into fibrous clumps, then uses continuous beating to refine texture while preserving natural structure. This maximizes protein release for a uniformly blended, fluffy filling that absorbs seasonings better—boosting flavor and elasticity.

A. The machine must be placed on level ground.
B. Set the operating speed and frequency before starting the machine.
C. Before pouring meat slurry, ensure the automatic discharge valve at the bottom of the barrel and the external safety lock are securely locked.
D. After use, press the stop button and wait approximately 1 minute until the display shuts off completely.
E. The machine’s operating frequency ranges from a minimum of 5 rpm to a maximum of 300 rpm.
A. Clean the machine before use. Check that the power supply voltage meets the specified requirements, the wiring is secure and reliable, and the power socket is properly grounded.
B. Turn on the power, press the start button, and check the operating condition of the equipment.
C. The previous step is completed when the siren activates.
D. It is strictly prohibited to push materials by hand. Protective equipment must be worn.
E. Keep hands away from the working parts during operation to avoid hazards.
F. Regularly check that the machine is reliably grounded.
G. Operate with care and pay attention to safety. Cut off the power immediately if any abnormality occurs, and notify maintenance personnel.
H. After use, turn off the machine, unplug the power supply, and clean the machine promptly to prevent bacterial growth.
(Note: Do not wash the machine directly with water.)
As a core component of automated meat processing lines, this meat beating machine offers excellent compatibility and can be seamlessly integrated with a full range of food processing equipment—including meat grinders, forming machines, blanching, fryers, freezers, and packaging units—to form a highly efficient, fully automated production line. It is widely employed in the manufacture of meatballs, fish balls, shrimp balls, beef balls, and other surimi-based or gelatinous meat products. With stable performance and uniform emulsification, the machine significantly enhances product elasticity, texture, and overall quality while minimizing manual intervention. By bridging upstream raw material preparation with downstream forming and packaging processes, it enables continuous, standardized, and hygienic automated production. This integration not only boosts production efficiency and ensures consistent product quality but also meets stringent food safety standards. As a result, it delivers a reliable and efficient processing solution for meat product manufacturers of all scales.
