Each model features a stainless steel fixed shaft to ensure stability and prevent material movement during peeling, resulting in fast and efficient operation. The machine’s adjustable peeling thickness and high-efficiency automatic up-and-down knife circulation achieve a peeling rate of over 95%. Additionally, the specially designed knife holder directs melon peels for easy cleaning and collection.
