The first type industrial juice extractor combines crushing and juice squeezing, ideal for high-yield production of fiber-rich juices from fruits and vegetables like lemons, pineapples, apples, grapes, oranges, ginger, celery, and radishes. Fully automatic, it handles crushing, juicing, and slag removal, maximizing juice extraction while separating pits, seeds, skins, and tendons. The second type focuses on juice squeezing without crushing, suitable for pitted fruits like peaches, kiwis, and mulberries, as well as vegetables such as tomatoes, peppers, and leafy greens. It features a precision-cast spiral and customizable fine screen to produce smooth, high-quality juice with minimal produce damage.

Additionally, we offer single-stage and double-stage juicers for berries. The double-stage model is designed for pulp extraction: the first stage uses a 15mm mesh to separate pulp from peel via collision, with larger peels and pits discharged separately; the second stage breaks down the pulp for juice extraction, achieving separation of juice and residue.

All models are built with durable, hygienic materials, featuring parts in contact with food made from standard 304 stainless steel. Frames can be customized to meet customer needs.
