– Confirm the power available in your area (gas or electric) to determine which is more cost-effective.
– Confirm the capacity you need to cook. We have single door model 4, 6, 8,10,12,15 tray, double door model 24,30,48,60 trays model and triple door 36trays models.
– Confirm your required cook food, such as seafood or rice, to choose hole tray or plain tray.
Yes, the voltage of the electric rice steam cabinet can be customized for both single phase and three phase electricity. Voltage can be customized as 110/220/240/415/440 according to your local requirement.
The electric rice steam cabinet can be equipped with plugs that comply with local market standards, including European standard plugs and non-standard plugs. This ensures easy installation and compatibility with various power outlets.
Usually we will suggest you order extra heating tubes and trays.
– The heating tube is recommended to replace every 6 months to achieve higher thermal efficiency.
– The trays you can order different types, hole tray and plain tray to meet different food cooking demand.
You can order more trays to achieve continuous cooking, and enhance efficiency.
Before installation, ensure that the power supply voltage matches the voltage on the nameplate and install a leakage protection switch. Connect the machine to a protective grounding wire, avoiding water or gas pipes. Place the cabinet in a stable, dry, and ventilated area, ensuring cleanliness inside. For initial use, connect the water pipe and check the float ball and water valve. Perform high-temperature steam sterilization for 30 minutes. To steam food using electric heating, fill the water tank, preheat until boiling, turn off the power switch, release pressure, and add the food. Use insulated gloves or tongs for food retrieval to prevent burns.
– Disconnect the power supply and close all inlets and drainage valve before using external steam.
– For steaming food, connect the steam source to the lower “steam input port” and slowly open the steam valve.
– Observe the pressure gauge to ensure that the input steam pressure does not exceed 0.02Mpa.
– After releasing the pre-steam, prepare the food to be steamed.
– Before opening the door to put food in, close the steam valve and slowly open the door lock to release high-temperature steam.
– Put the food in, close the door handle and lock it, and then slowly open the steam valve to continue steaming.
– It is normal for a small amount of steam to escape from the door gap as this machine is not a high-pressure sealed container.
– After each steam session, remove the remaining water from the water tank at least twice a week. This prevents the accumulation of scale on the floating ball valve and heating pipe, which can lead to blockage and dry burning.
– In case of scaling, you can inject a 5% lemon solution into the tank, heat and boil it for 15 minutes, soak it for 1 hour, boil again for 15 minutes, and then release the scale and sewage from the bottom of the tank. Clean the tank thoroughly with water.
To ensure the proper functioning and longevity of your steam cooking cabinet, it is important to follow these maintenance instructions:
– Do not block or press the discharge channel: The area above the pressure relief valve on the side of the commercial food steamer is the discharge channel for excess steam and exhaust gas. Avoid using heavy objects to press or block this area, and refrain from using external pipes to discharge steam. Blocking the channel may lead to accidents.
– Check the float valve regularly: The float valve should be checked frequently to ensure its normal operation and smooth water intake. If you notice any scaling or blockage in the incoming water, take immediate action to prevent dry firing due to water shortage. Never operate the cabinet without water.
– Install a pressure reducing valve for external steam connection: When connecting external steam to the cabinet, it is essential to install a pressure reducing valve on the steam pipeline. The steam cabinet is not designed to withstand high pressure, so it is crucial to adjust the steam input pressure and avoid overpressure to prevent any potential dangers.
– By following these maintenance instructions, you can ensure the optimal performance and durability of your steam cooking cabinet.
To ensure safe and proper operation of the steam cooking cabinet, it is important to follow certain precautions.
-Avoid using sharp tools or hard objects to remove scale from the heating tube to prevent damage and leakage.
-Refrain from using a water spray pipe when cleaning the machine to avoid splashing electrical components and the risk of electric shock.
-Always disconnect the power supply after each use and close the main air inlet valve when heating with steam. If the power lead shows signs of aging or damage, it should be replaced immediately with the same specification model.
-Proper grounding of the machine casing is necessary for normal and safe operation.
-When not in use or during maintenance, ensure to cut off the main power supply, close the steam valve, drain any remaining water, and clean the tank.
-In case of any machine failures, it is advised to seek professional electrical maintenance personnel or contact the dealer for repairs.
