How do I divide large dough with hydraulic dough divider into the weight I need?

Weigh this amount of dough, put it into the machine, press the button, wait 10-20 seconds, open the lid, and you will get the dough of your desired weight.

What clean and maintenance guide should I follow for hydraulic dough divider?

After each use, clean the pump and blade holder. Clean the cutter and the inner surface of the top cover with a cloth dampened with vegetable oil. Please use sunflower oil or olive oil. Salad oil is not permitted.

Open the top cover, press the button to lower the die to its lowest position, press the “Divider Rise” button to raise the cutter to the top, and clean the cutter.

1) Clean the outside of the machine weekly with a sponge and soapy water. Do not rinse directly with water.

2) Clean the inside of the machine weekly. Pull out the machine and clean it along with the blade holder, with the blade holder at its lowest and highest positions. Open the side panel to see the inside of the machine. Disconnect the power and use a brush to thoroughly clean all the dough and flour.

3) Check the hydraulic oil gauge of the hydraulic unit every 3 months. Position the cutter base and cutter to their lowest positions, disconnect the power, then pull out the machine and open the side panel to access the hydraulic unit. Open the cover of the hydraulic unit and check the oil level with an oil gauge or cleaning screwdriver. Add oil if the level is below 2cm. Use CONDAT hydraulic oil, grade 46 or similar.

Please note:

  • Disconnect the power when loading, unloading, or washing dough.
  • Use the correct hydraulic oil and cleaning vegetable oil.
  • The four plastic tubes used for cleaning must not be placed on the cutter.
