• To operate the hydraulic sausage machine, begin by adding No. 46 oil to the cylinder and connecting it to a suitable power source. Confirm that the machine rotates forward and backward before starting the process.
• Once the machine is ready, insert the mixed meat stuffing and press the drop button on the control panel. The stuffing will drop directly into the material frame. Then, close the butterfly valve.
• Next, place the enema tube on the casing and turn on the switch. Press the up button on the control panel to begin filling the sausage. The filling process is quick, with a material cylinder volume of approximately 30KG.
• The rise function on the control panel is for filling the intestines, while the descent corresponds to the stuffing process into the material cylinder. Remember to add half of the hydraulic oil to reach the appropriate pressure when necessary.
