An adjustable knob on the gas line allows for precise control of the gas flow, enabling you to regulate the flame size and maintain the desired temperature.

Additionally, the dual flame burners are designed for easy disassembly and installation, facilitating routine maintenance and cleaning. When installing the burners, ensure they are positioned approximately 5 cm away from the inner wall of the drum to ensure stable, continuous combustion.

2. Control Panel

The control panel of the gas-heated spring roll sheet machine is designed with user-friendly, clearly labeled functions for easy operation.

The “Drum Speed” control manages both the on/off status and the rotation speed of the drum. Turning the knob clockwise increases the drum speed, while turning it counter-clockwise decreases it.

The “Batter Speed” control regulates the activation and deactivation of the batter spray, as well as its discharge speed, using the same intuitive speed adjustment as the drum.

On the far right is the temperature controller. Since the heating temperature depends on the gas supply, this controller displays the current temperature but does not directly regulate it.

The control panel also includes an “On/Off” button and a power indicator light, ensuring safe and convenient operation.

3. Roller Diameter

One of our Colombian clients requested this gas-heated spring roll sheet machine to produce sheets with a diameter of 22cm. In response, we customized the roller diameter to match their specifications.

The larger handle provides a broad adjustment range. Turning it clockwise raises the discharge point, bringing it closer to the roller; turning it counter-clockwise lowers the discharge point, moving it farther from the roller.

The smaller knob allows for precise, fine-tuned adjustments. Turning it clockwise slightly raises the discharge point, while turning it counter-clockwise lowers it, ensuring optimal positioning for different production needs.

6. Batter Hopper

The batter hopper of the gas-heated spring roll sheet machine is designed to collect batter efficiently. A pipe at the bottom of the hopper directs the batter to a control box on the left. Inside the control box, a pump draws the batter into an external pipe, from which it is then expelled through the outlet.

Additionally, this system enables batter recycling, helping to reduce waste and improve overall efficiency.

7. Stainless Steel

The entire gas-heated spring roll sheet machine is constructed from 304 stainless steel, offering an attractive, glossy finish. This material is not only durable and heat-resistant but also rust-proof and corrosion-resistant, ensuring the machine will not deform and significantly extending its service life.

Moreover, stainless steel is easy to clean and maintain. Even if batter spills onto the machine, it can be effortlessly wiped away, ensuring hygiene and longevity.

8. Casters

The gas-heated spring roll sheet machine is fitted with casters at the bottom, enabling effortless repositioning as needed. Additionally, these casters are equipped with locking mechanisms; simply engage the locks to secure the machine in place during operation, ensuring stability and safety.

9. Air Cooling Belt Conveyor

The gas-heated spring roll sheet machine can be used in conjunction with an air cooling belt conveyor.

The conveyor is equipped with a fan to effectively cool the cooked spring roll sheets, preparing them for subsequent processing.

This device features two components: a sensing mechanism and a flip stack function. When a spring roll sheet passes the sensor, the flip stack mechanism automatically flips it and places it onto the next section of the conveyor, enabling efficient stacking of multiple sheets for packaging.
