The customer ordered a 300L model capable of processing approximately 200-250 kg of products per batch. Control Panel The control panel of the vacuum twin shaft paddle mixer is thoughtfully designed and neatly organized. Each button’s function is clearly labeled for easy operation. Additionally, the interface can be customized into different languages to suit customer preferences, ensuring user-friendly operation. Let’s now explore the functions of the various buttons: -Pneumatic Lid Lifting Device The vacuum twin shaft paddle mixer is equipped with an air pump, then it can pneumatic control opening and closing system. The cover control handle design is ergonomic: turning the handle to the left opens the cover, while turning it to the right closes it, ensuring ease of operation and safety. -Time Setting Function The mixer features a built-in timing function, allowing you to set the operating duration precisely. This enables the machine to run continuously without the need for constant manual oversight. The timing is controlled via a time relay, which has five buttons on the top (labeled "-") and five buttons on the bottom (labeled "+"). The relay's display consists of five digit windows: the first two and last two display numbers from 0 to 9, which can be adjusted using the plus and minus buttons to set different values. The middle window can display "S", "M", or "H" in red, indicating seconds, minutes, or hours, respectively. These can also be adjusted with the plus and minus buttons. For example, the current setting shown in the figure below is 6 minutes. -Vacuum Extraction Device How to operate the vacuum function on the vacuum twin shaft paddle mixer: First, close all upper covers and silo doors. Set the operating time to 31 seconds and ensure the equipment is in automatic mode, with the choice of forward or reverse rotation. Next, turn on the vacuum switch to initiate the vacuuming process. During this phase, neither the agitator nor the inverter will operate until the specified air pressure is reached. The lower pipeline pressure is set to 0.07; once this pressure is achieved, the vacuuming stops. The machine then begins stirring and starts the timing for 31 seconds. Throughout this period, the inverter will remain steady, indicating the operating mode. When the set time completes, a "squeaking" sound will be heard—this indicates automatic exhaust. After the exhaust process is finished, the lid can be opened, and the exhaust pressure will begin to drop. Once the pressure gauge reads zero, the exhaust stops, and the lid can be safely opened. Note: If the stop button is pressed during vacuuming, the lid cannot be opened immediately. You must hold the stop button until the pressure gauge shows zero pressure, after which the lid can be opened safely. -Manual Operation Device The vacuum twin shaft paddle mixer can also be operated manually. First, open the lid; during this time, the machine is not in vacuum mode. Both discharge ports remain closed. Next, turn the control knob to the "Manual" position to engage manual operation. Press the transfer button to start the stirring process. You can also reverse the direction of stirring as needed. When operating manually, the time relay is disabled, and the machine will continue stirring until you manually stop it. Once the desired mixing state is reached, simply press the stop button to halt operation. -Variable Frequency Speed Regulation The mixer features variable frequency speed control, allowing precise adjustment of the stirrer’s speed. Turn the knob to the left to slow down the stirring speed, and turn it to the right to increase it, providing flexible control to suit different processing needs. 2. Customizable Cover Options To ensure a proper vacuum seal, the standard lid of the vacuum twin shaft paddle mixer is typically made entirely of stainless steel. However, some customers prefer a different design, such as a grid or mesh lid. While this modification eliminates the vacuum function, it allows for easy observation through the gaps and enables feeding at any time. Although the vacuum pump is removed in this design, the pneumatic cover lifting device remains in use, ensuring convenient and safe cover operation. Cover Opening Stop The Solenoid Valve The vacuum twin shaft paddle mixer can be customized to meet specific customer requirements. Many clients opt for a cover-opening stop device to enhance safety. We install a solenoid valve on the cover, which automatically disconnects and stops the machine when the cover is opened. This feature significantly improves operational safety. 4. As the capacity increases, so does the output, with larger machines corresponding to higher volumes. The process is straightforward: connect a high-pressure water gun and rinse the interior of the machine directly. For stubborn residues such as butter or other difficult-to-clean products in the mixing tank, you can use a shovel to remove them. (1) Pneumatic Lid Lifting Device  

The vacuum twin shaft paddle mixer is equipped with an air pump, then it can pneumatic control opening and closing system.

The cover control handle design is ergonomic: turning the handle to the left opens the cover, while turning it to the right closes it, ensuring ease of operation and safety.

(2) Time Setting Function  

The vacuum twin shaft paddle mixer features a built-in timing function, allowing you to set the operating duration precisely. This enables the machine to run continuously without the need for constant manual oversight.  

The timing is controlled via a time relay, which has five buttons on the top (labeled “-“) and five buttons on the bottom (labeled “+”). The relay’s display consists of five digit windows: the first two and last two display numbers from 0 to 9, which can be adjusted using the plus and minus buttons to set different values. The middle window can display “S”, “M”, or “H” in red, indicating seconds, minutes, or hours, respectively. These can also be adjusted with the plus and minus buttons.  

For example, the current setting shown in the figure below is 6 minutes.

(3) Vacuum Extraction Device  

How to operate the vacuum function on the vacuum twin shaft paddle mixer:  

First, close all upper covers and silo doors. Set the operating time to 31 seconds and ensure the equipment is in automatic mode, with the choice of forward or reverse rotation.  

Next, turn on the vacuum switch to initiate the vacuuming process. During this phase, neither the agitator nor the inverter will operate until the specified air pressure is reached. The lower pipeline pressure is set to 0.07; once this pressure is achieved, the vacuuming stops. The machine then begins stirring and starts the timing for 31 seconds.

(4) Manual Operation Device  

The vacuum twin shaft paddle mixer can also be operated manually. First, open the lid; during this time, the machine is not in vacuum mode. Both discharge ports remain closed.
