We recently shipped a sausage vacuum filler and sausage clipping machine combination to the UAE. This customer makes cheese sausages and requires the cheese melted at 75 degrees Celsius before stuffing into large sausages, 90 mm in diameter and 50 cm in length. This sausage vacuum filler combines precision and speed in a fully vacuum-controlled system (-0.1 MPa) to curb fat oxidation, limit protein hydrolysis, reduce microbial load, extend shelf life, enhance color, and preserve pure flavor. It employs a blade-type (scraper) filling method with automated weight divisions from 5 to 999 g, achieving high accuracy (±2 g for shredded products and ±3 g for block forms), all operable by a single user. The servo-driven architecture coordinates each filling, knotting, and clipping step under vacuum for maximum quality. A rotary blade conveying system moves emulsions and larger meat pieces under vacuum, complemented by vertically moving blades in the filling pump and a servo-driven vane pump with a twisting output device to deliver rapid, precise fills even for viscous or chunky mixtures. Optional twisting (single and continuous) and lifting functions provide flexible process control. A plastic lid at the bottom enables observation of material accumulation and automatically tightens during filling, supporting consistent vacuum filling throughout operation. When the sausage stuffer is in direct filling mode, it features a knee-touch switch that stops the filling with a simple knee touch, allowing easy stopping and inspection during the initial filling and convenient cleaning when your hands are full. The hopper is detachable for easy disassembly and inspection, requiring only a flange connection and can be disassembled without tools; simply remove the paddle rotor at the bottom of the hopper and the internal screws for thorough cleaning. The machine can be customized with a foot pedal, enabling the operator to stand on it and eliminating the need for a ladder to check the hopper. It also includes a sausage stuffer tube storage bracket with custom-sized orifice sizes to meet customer requirements. All of these features make the machine extremely easy to operate.
