Independent Cutting of Left and Right Wings

Nylon Disc

Above the nylon discs, a steel bar at the root, a wing pressure plate, and a large curved plate work together to prevent the wings from slipping or shifting as the disc rotates. This configuration ensures stable positioning, facilitating precise and efficient cutting.
How to Change Blades
The chicken wing cutting machine is equipped with a removable stainless steel plate on its side. Featuring a user-friendly side latch, the plate can be easily removed with a simple twist, providing quick access to the internal components. Maintenance and Cleaning
The chicken wing cutting machine is constructed from durable stainless steel, designed for long-term use. To ensure optimal performance and longevity, regularly inspect bolts and nuts for looseness, check the tension of the drive chain, and examine the cutting edges of the blades. Grease the bearing seats and the drive chain every 15 days to maintain smooth operation.
Daily cleaning is essential: remove debris, bone scraps, leather residues, and oily dirt using a brush or other suitable cleaning tools. Exercise caution to avoid injury from the blades—never clean the machine while it is running. When rinsing, avoid spraying water directly onto sensitive parts such as the motor, electrical components, and bearings. After each shift, turn off the machine and disconnect the power supply. Before starting daily work, run the machine idle to check for any abnormalities, and operate only if everything appears normal. If blades become worn or dull, remove and sharpen them with an oilstone.
