Potato Root Vegetable Brush Washing Machine

This potato blanching and washing production line begins with our high-performance potato root vegetable brush washing machine. Spanning 1 meter in length, this machine is equipped with stiff brushes capable of washing and peeling between 400 to 600 kilograms of potatoes per hour. Depending on the specific needs, customers can choose between soft, medium-stiff, or stiff brushes—soft brushes are ideal for cleaning surface dust from thick-skinned fruits like oranges and grapefruits, while medium-stiff brushes provide thorough cleaning for root vegetables without damaging the skin. The machine features automatic discharge for seamless operation, with the control box conveniently positioned on the right side and the discharge outlet on the left. The discharge height is set at 700mm, allowing peeled potatoes to be directly fed into the vegetable cube dicing machine’s hopper for fully automated processing. Constructed with durable, wear-resistant, and lint-free DuPont nylon bristles, the brushes are designed to withstand prolonged use without deformation. Their innovative wave-like, textured roller design effectively cleans and peels irregular or raised surfaces. Additionally, the built-in spray system can be connected to water pipes for multi-angle spraying, ensuring comprehensive cleaning. Supporting automatic discharge and optional rotation of the transfer drum, along with adjustable speed controls, this machine enables continuous operation, significantly boosting production efficiency.

Vegetable Cube Dicing Machine

This customer utilizes a 3D vegetable cube dicing machine to cut potatoes into various shapes and sizes, including 10×20mm strips, 15×15mm strips, and 25×25×25mm cubes. The inlet of the dicing machine is precisely aligned in height with the outlet of the preceding potato root vegetable brush washing machine, enabling seamless transfer. A 2-meter-long, 800mm-wide elevator lifts the cut potatoes—both strips and cubes—directly into the blanching and washing machine, achieving fully automated production and significantly reducing labor costs. Constructed from food-grade stainless steel, the equipment is sturdy, durable, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean, with all food-contact parts meeting national hygiene standards. Its high-performance motor and a continuous centrifugal chamber ensure rapid feeding and high yield, supporting efficient, one-time shaping. The core cutting system features a high-quality alloy blade assembly with various easily interchangeable blades, allowing for consistent thickness and shape. The large-diameter inlet and outlet facilitate smooth loading and unloading of products, while safety features such as a user-friendly design, sensitive intelligent control, and waterproof switches ensure safe and convenient operation. Additionally, casters at the bottom enable flexible machine layout and effortless movement within the production line.

Blanching Pasteurizer Machine


Connected to the processing line via an elevator, the following blanching pasteurizer ensures potatoes are uniformly blanched throughout the production process, effectively removing slime and excess starch after cutting. This improves cooling efficiency and prepares the potatoes for the final preduster coating step. The machine operates with a typical blanching cycle of 4-5 minutes, featuring an adjustable-speed conveyor belt integrated with an air-cooled system. Its upgraded excitation motor functions within a frequency range of 0-125Hz, allowing low-speed operation to prevent overheating during prolonged use. In addition to blanching, this versatile pasteurizer can serve as a sterilization device thanks to its insulated cover, with adjustable belt speeds and pasteurization times ranging from 4 to 60 minutes. A 60-minute timer operates at 3Hz, while a 4-minute timer runs at 90Hz, providing precise control over processing times. Combining blanching and sterilization functions, this multi-purpose equipment is suitable for a wide range of applications—including blanching vegetables, fruits, and seafood to preserve color, nutritional value, and flavor. Beyond processing potatoes, the customer also uses this machine for leafy green blanching and cooling, as well as pasteurizing dairy products, beverages, canned foods, and for braising and cooking poultry, eggs, and meats. This Italian customer employed this blanching machine as pasteurizer machine for pasteurizing packaged snacks. Constructed with a thickened, one-piece stamped body of 304 stainless steel, the machine is sturdy, durable, and capable of handling heavy loads with ease.

Cooling Machine with Refrigerator

Following pasteurization and blanching, the potato strips and cubes are cooled using an air-cooled water cooling system equipped with a 304 stainless steel heat exchanger. The blanching process lasts 4-5 minutes at temperatures between 0°C and -5°C, after which they are rapidly cooled to -5°C by a water chiller. The upgraded motor operates within a frequency range of 0-125Hz, running at low speed to prevent overheating and ensure stable operation. The 5-meter cooling line, featuring a 20HP Bitzer compressor, water cooling, and a 304 plate heat exchanger, is designed with a custom sunken drain outlet, 2mm thick plates, and an extended overflow pipe for easy connection to the sewer system. This setup enables fully automated production of the entire vegetable blanching, washing, and air-cooling process. After blanching, vegetables are briefly heated and then quickly cooled using the refrigeration unit, which helps preserve their color. Similarly, packaged snacks are rapidly cooled after blanching to eliminate microorganisms, significantly extending their shelf life. The subsequent chiller facilitates rapid cooling, supporting air cooling and packaging, and ultimately achieving fully automated, efficient production.

Vibration Screen Machine

Potato strips and cubes exiting the cooling system pass through a vibration screen machine to quickly remove surface moisture. This rapid moisture removal facilitates efficient subsequent air-cooling by eliminating excess water, ensuring the product retains some moisture without being overly wet. This results in more even preduster coating and stronger adhesion when applying powder coatings. The vegetable vibration screen machine is constructed from thickened, multi-layered stainless steel with a one-piece stamped casing. Its overall size can be customized as needed; for this application, it is designed to be 2 meters long and 1.2 meters wide to accommodate subsequent air-cooling equipment. The surface of the vibrating screen is smooth and flat, offering high strength, excellent temperature resistance, and durability. The screen mesh size can be customized according to product dimensions. Powering the machine is a high-strength, shock-resistant dual-excitation motor that provides high-frequency vibration. This powerful motor is easy to maintain and efficiently throws materials onto the screen, moving them in a straight line for uniform separation. The equipment is equipped with shock-absorbing springs that stabilize the excitation force, ensuring smooth and reliable operation. The screening section utilizes high-precision, long-life stainless steel screen plates, with wear-resistant mesh frames that can be customized. It supports single-layer or double-layer screen plates to achieve fast discharge and smooth, efficient screening.

Parallel Air Drying Machine

After passing through the vibrating screen, the vegetable blanching and parallel air drying machine line includes a 2-meter-long, 1.2-meter-wide parallel air drying unit equipped with a hoist to transfer air-dried, bagged snacks onto the next pre-duster or packaging machine, enabling fully automated production. Designed with a ramp to match the 600mm-wide pre-duster, the dryer tapers slightly from the original 800mm belt width in the middle to ensure a consistent discharge width. Its 2-meter-long, variable-frequency conveyor belt allows for adjustable speeds and seamless connection to the subsequent lifting machine with a matched 600mm belt width. This water-cooled, parallel airflow dryer employs multiple low-noise axial fans to generate multi-directional, concentrated airflow through an air knife outlet system, ensuring efficient surface drying. For products requiring multi-sided drying, it can be customized with a tilting structure to provide even airflow in all directions. Operated via an intelligent electronic control system with one-button start, adjustable fan and conveyor speeds, and built from high-quality 304 stainless steel, this robust equipment guarantees a stable, hygienic, and efficient drying process.
