A Brazilian customer requested salmon slices with a thickness of 3mm. To meet this specific requirement, we installed a custom knife set directly onto their fish slicing machine, ensuring precise and efficient slicing.  

The machine offers adjustable slice thicknesses ranging from 1.5mm to 10mm, providing flexibility for various culinary applications. Depending on the desired thickness, the machine can be equipped with between 50 to 100 blades, allowing for high precision and rapid production tailored to your needs.

4. Multiple Blades for Simultaneous Slicing

To achieve consistently even and complete fish slices, our fish slicing machine is equipped with multiple blades working simultaneously. When the machine is activated, the blades move left and right at a steady frequency, while the hopper gradually rises, ensuring that the fish fillets are sliced uniformly and efficiently.

The fish removal board is designed to gently and effectively scrape the sliced fish away from the side of the machine, allowing for quick, convenient, and safe removal of the fillets without risking damage or injury.
