The melon peeling machine is designed to handle a variety of large and medium-sized melons and fruits, including papaya, pumpkin, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, watermelon, cantaloupe, winter melon, and grapefruit. It features an adjustable peeling thickness and cutting height to accommodate different types of produce, ensuring versatile and efficient operation for a range of fruit peeling needs. What is the application for the melon peeling machine?
When selecting a pumpkin melon peeling machine, consider the size and shape of the fruit you need to process. For long, cylindrical fruits melon such as pumpkins or melons which height is within 70cm, a double-head or single-head standard fruit peeling machine is ideal. However, for shorter, flat, or spherical fruits such as pineapple, mango, round pumpkin, which height is within 35cm, a short melon fruit peeling machine is more suitable. This ensures optimal peeling efficiency and effectiveness for various types of produce.
Positioning Pin Issue: If the upper positioning pin cannot be inserted into the melon, first check the air pressure in the machine’s pressure reducing valve. Ensure the valve pressure is adequate; if not, adjust it by turning the valve to the left to increase the pressure.
Water in Pressure Reducing Valve: If water accumulates at the bottom of the pressure reducing valve, manually push up the needle at the bottom to remove the water.
Lubrication: Lubricate the bearings at the top of the machine and the threaded rod in the middle once every quarter to ensure smooth operation.
Air Compressor Maintenance: Drain the air compressor every 12 hours of operation to maintain optimal performance.
These maintenance steps will help ensure the continued efficiency and longevity of your fruit peeling machine.
Blade Positioning Check: If the left blade is in the upward position and not functioning properly, ensure that the power cord is plugged in correctly; it may need to be reversed.
Blade Functionality Check: If, while facing the machine, the “blade up” button is pressed and the right blade is downward, this indicates improper functioning. Verify that the power cord is plugged in correctly and adjust if necessary.
Automatic Stop Checks: When the machine stops automatically, confirm that the left blade is pressed against the lower limiter, which is normal. Similarly, if the right blade is pressed against the upper limiter, the machine’s automatic stop function is operating correctly. If the blades are not reaching their respective limiters, inspect the motor and bearings for potential blockages or malfunctions.
