A dumpling gyoza cooker typically works by heating up metal plates that cook the gyoza from both sides simultaneously. It creates a crispy texture on the outside while keeping the filling moist and juicy.
Below is the working process for this machine.
Turn on the power, press the power button (the default is the power-on state after each power failure, no need to press and hold the power button to turn on, only to turn off the power button), the machine will begin to heat up to the working start temperature (set 02) When the heating reaches the set temperature, there will be a sound prompt. At this time, dumplings should be placed. After the lid is closed, press the fried dumpling button. The machine will enter the program to automatically fried dumplings. Water is added automatically during the process of frying dumplings, so the water inlet must be connected to the water before frying dumplings, otherwise the program will report errors and burn out the solenoid valve. After the fried dumplings are completed, there will be a sound prompt. At this time, press the fried dumplings button to end the program.
