How to use a multi-functional bread braiding machine?

1. Preparation

2.  Making the Dough

  • Pour the flour into the mixing bowl, gradually add water and salt, and stir with chopsticks or your hands until it resembles snowflakes. Then knead it into a smooth dough. Knead evenly until the dough is smooth and elastic.
  • Cover the kneaded dough with a damp cloth or plastic wrap and let it rest for 20-30 minutes to make it softer.

3. Using bread braiding machine
