How to operate the intelligent noodle machine to produce noodles?

1. Adding Flour

(1) Open the top cover of the flour hopper and ensure no foreign objects remain before adding flour.
(2) The flour storage capacity is 10 kg.
(3) After adding flour, securely close the top cover and confirm the stability of the flour hopper.

Note: Residue from flour bags must be thoroughly removed from the hopper to prevent malfunctions of the metering system.

2. Adding Water

(1) Inspect the water inlet for foreign objects.
(2) Place the water bottle upside down onto the water inlet, following the principle of a water dispenser.

3. Setting the Processing Parameters

(1) Input the desired portion count, enter the password, select the portion number, and confirm.
(2) Set the pre-purchased portion quantity, input the password, select, and confirm.
(3) Press the start button to initiate operation. The dough press will operate according to the specified portion size.

The control panel displays real-time status indicators for the dough bucket, kneading, water spraying, dough extrusion, tray movement, and processing time. A green indicator light signifies active operation. The display on the right shows the total processing time and countdown timer. The machine will continue running until the set number of portions is completed.

Note: In case of an emergency, press the emergency stop button to halt all operations immediately.

4. Noodle Product Output

(1) Finished noodles are discharged from the outlet via the rotating tray.
(2) Alternatively, noodles can be directly packaged into food bags.

For reprocessing, reset the desired portion count and press start. The intelligent noodel machine will produce the specified quantity accordingly. During operation, monitor the flour and water levels in their respective containers. Replenish raw materials promptly to ensure continuous operation and prevent disruptions.

How to maintain the intelligent noodle machine?

The initial maintenance should be conducted after one month of use or upon processing 1,000 servings of noodles, whichever comes first. This maintenance primarily involves inspecting and lubricating the chain and gear mechanisms with high-quality grease—liquid oils are strictly prohibited.

The maximum allowable continuous operation time for this equipment is 8 hours, with an estimated 3-hour operation window during summer months. Actual operating durations should be adjusted based on ambient temperature conditions. Operation outside the specified temperature range of 0°C to 50°C is strictly forbidden. Additionally, after 24 hours of continuous use or exceeding 300 consecutive noodle pressing cycles, the intelligent noodle machine must undergo a comprehensive cleaning to ensure optimal performance and uphold hygiene standards.

What are the precautions for operating the intelligent noodle machine?

1. Adjust the noodle width by rotating the noodle width adjustment handle. The recommended noodle width ranges from 1mm to 4mm. When not in use, please remove the handle to prevent damage.

2. Do not add flour beyond the designated combination lock position to avoid damaging the lock mechanism. The default combination lock code is 000. The required water amount varies depending on the type of flour employed; please refer to the specific flour’s guidelines. The factory setting for this machine is 5ml/sec, suitable for high-gluten flour.

How to clean intelligent noodle machine dry flour hopper of the?

(1)Disconnect the power to the machine.
(2)Rotate the noodle bucket base counterclockwise until the bucket is completely detached from the mounting plate (it is completely detached when you can no longer rotate the bucket).
(3)Remove the noodle bucket.
(4)The noodle bucket does not need to be removed when changing the flour.

Note: The noodle bucket must be completely dry before reinstalling it, and its position must not have changed.
